Brai Magnum – 3MM, 4 .5 kg/m², 4mm Mineral Finish

Enhanced APP Bituminous Membrane

Brai Magnum Mineral pairs plastomer-modified bitumen with a robust polyester reinforcement and a natural mineral slate finish for UV protection and aesthetic appeal. Ideal for exposed roofing and decorative applications.

Brai Magnum – 3MM Sanded Finish

APP Modified Bituminous Membrane

Brai Magnum Sanded 3mm is an Italian-engineered, plastomer-modified bitumen membrane reinforced with medium-performance non-woven polyester. The 3 mm sanded finish enhances bond strength with screeds and adhesives, ensuring a watertight seal and reliable adhesion.

ATLASKOTE BIT-MAX

 SUPER COMPACTed Bitumen EMULSION PRIMER

Water-based rubber-modified bitumen primer concentrate for bituminous torch-on waterproofing membranes. Dilutes to 20 L on site for excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry, fast drying and safer handling.

  • Water-based, non-flammable when wet
  • Supplied as concentrate – diluted to 20 litres on site
  • Fast drying (~2 hours at 30°C)
  • High adhesion to concrete, screed and masonry
  • Heat stable – will not sag or flow under sunlight

MS-603 Advanced Polymer Sealant – Grey

Hybrid MS Polymer 

MS-603 is a professional-grade hybrid MS polymer sealant designed for sealing laps, terminations, joints, and penetrations in torch-on membrane waterproofing systems. It delivers strong primerless adhesion on common construction substrates and remains permanently flexible without shrinking or bleeding.

Resistant to UV, weather, and moisture, MS-603 will not form bubbles even in humid conditions and can be applied on slightly damp surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
